Review for Nicole: Our experience with Nicole Freed recently as a home seller was way above what I expected it would be. From our first discussion of whether or not to list my elderly mother’s home, and how much money we should invest in remodeling efforts, our eyes were opened to today’s home market landscape. With her numerous professional contacts and gentle but consistent coaching, we were able to walk with her through the selling process to get the house sold. Her knowledge of how to navigate through an FHA loan was very thorough and helpful in arriving at a closing date less than 6 weeks from signing a purchase agreement. We are so thankful and appreciative of her professionalism and commitment to our family as her clients.

She puts 110% into every client she has, and will not rest until she has done all that she can to either make your home or business buying dreams come true, or to provide her client with the utmost professionalism, care and concern in the closing of any sale. I have personally witnessed her accepting so many prestigious awards for doing what she does best, and those awards only go to those who work very hard at providing the very best care to their clients. Also, CBP is truly the best, and the team Nicole is surrounded by, is truly remarkable and supportive. I highly recommend Nicole Freed as your realtor.

  Nicole went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us when we were looking for our first home! We had very quick timeframe to get us into a house and as soon as we started looking for homes she got us in right away to look at any of the ones we’d send her! She gave tough love and honesty and to be honest that’s all we’ve ever wanted in a realtor! She was quick to write up our offers and kept the mood up when our first one fell through and it felt like we’d never find a home. She worked really well with our schedules and never stopped believing that we’d find our forever home! We’ve been in our house for 6 months now and couldn’t be happier! We’ll forever be grateful for the time she put into us and we’ll always refer her to our friends and family!
