I was sitting in my truck outside the managers office when I called. The other lady picked up and said she left and would not be back for a couple hours. So I went in and the manager was sitting at her desk She is rude, does not care about you once the lease is signed. HORRIBLE MANAGER!!!!! And good luck getting maintenance to come out, 5 requests, no response.

However, I have had issue after issue since moving in. First, they never gave me a mailbox key, so when I asked the leasing office, they told me, for the first time, I had to go to the post office and pay $25 to get a lock installed on my mailbox. This was never mentioned during the tour, the lease, or my welcome packet. The same breaker in my apartment blows at least once a week, and every time I tell maintenance, they just flip the breaker back and never actually look into the issue. I see sparks in almost every outlet, which again has been ignored by maintenance. My sink was leaking for weeks when I first moved in. Then my dishwasher was leaking. Now my toilet, along with everyone else in my building, is leaking sewage into my bathroom and shower. I have been told to use the clubhouse bathroom while I wait for it to be fixed, but I have been given no timeline, just that my toilet has to be ripped out. Plus, I have had an ant infestation for weeks, even though we pay for pest control every month. My blinds are constantly breaking and falling, even when I don't touch them, and when the young maintenance guy comes to fix them, he tells me it is my fault. This place is not worth the price and the issues you face every day.
