- MEmanna eedaNov 3, 20251.0I’d been here for a long time now , the original owners were awesome, this management and the ladies working at the front desk are awful , today went there just to confirm the rent email which I usually get before the payment of my rent , this time was showing the zero balance , meaning I don’t owe rent … so upon entering the office there were 3 receptionists sitting I asked who should I talk to , they said anyone, so I headed on to this mature lady and she inquired me to show the email which I got as I proceeded on her right side and I pulled my cell phone closer to her , so she can look at .. she very rudely “ shrugged me said oh first of all you can move over here ‘ I mean she pretended like she is the landlord, I said excuse me , was she able to read the email which was sent , she claimed she sent before paying the rent to all residents .. I mean totally wrong , I was surprised this person didn’t know what she was doing .. after this the main receptionist left cursing me , & I started talking to another receptionist , who called herself Keymani Johnson , she looked at my email and gave me a verdict, stating oh this email was sent on 11/01/25 after I paid my rent so this is the reason is showing I owe zero balance lol , doesn’t make any sense to me , as I received the zero balance email on early morning of 11/01/2025 when I paid my rent in the mid afternoon, doesn’t make any sense to me , .. I showed her similar email sent on 10/01/25 she said we send you this email because you paid the rent on 10/02/25 for a reminder that you owed the rent .. totally nonsensical attitude, instead of admitting their blunder they were rude and misbehaving.. I mean they’re hiring people who have no leasing experience, no qualifications.. on low wages , who don’t know what they’re doing ..
