- VVvex4 days ago2.0The size of the apartment is great,but if you want a a shower with a consistent temperature, peace and quiet, or to not wipe on snow and ice. Maybe this isn't the apartment for you. The kids are loud. They steal your packages, They don't properly salt or shovel the sidewalks so you're going to slip and fall, and I'm pretty sure there's only one water heater in the entire building because you can't ever get a consistent shower. It's either too hot or too cold or it fluctuates in between you get lava or ice bucket, a toilet flushing effects the temperature of your shower or bath there are almost no overhead lights you have to use a lamp for basically every bedroom and living room oh and they barely give notice for maintenance or pest control. And they're still using systems where you have to remove your animals from the house for about 4 hours, where are you supposed to take an animal for 4 hours?
