The units feel upscale and elegant, with attention to detail that really sets them apart from other places I’ve seen. A huge shoutout to Drew, the manager, who made the entire experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. You can tell he truly cares about the property and the residents. He answered every question with patience and gave a tour that felt personalized rather than rushed. If you’re looking for a place in Grand Rapids with great management and stunning apartments, The Rowe is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend!
