We were looking for a second home and we didn't have any sort of timeline because weren't going to settle for anything other than perfection. For almost a year, Erik was consistent with checking in on us and sending us homes that met our criteria. We live in another state from where we were searching, which made showings a lot more difficult. Erik made multiple trips on his own to give us virtual showings of potential properties. He was always professional and courteous, whether over the phone or in person. After finally finding our home, Erik and his team made the negotiations and the closing a breeze. We definitely recommend giving them a chance.
