I love the location, pool, gym, business center, and club room where I’ve hosted multiple parties. Rachel and Joe are phenomenally kind people. They’re quick to respond and genuinely care about their residents. 10/10 recommend this community!

The location is pretty nice too, it being very close to Royal Oak Downtown, and Ferndale Downtown - both a 20 min walk away. The gym here is amazing, and so is the pool, Theatre, and the club room.
- SSShane SommersJan 11, 20241.0This place is next to a noisy highway in an industrial zone. People can see into your bedroom if you live on the first floor (very clearly from the sidewalk). The developers should be ashamed for how much they are charging for rent. They planned trees that hung over the sidewalk with branches at the perfect level to poke people in the eyes. If you move here your working class neighbors are going to justifiably hate you.
