  11/14/24 If you struggle with excessive sleep, I highly recommend this apartment. You can enjoy the dynamic rhythm of raindrops falling overnight! I requested maintenance last December, but it was canceled by them. 😆 I went outside to pinpoint the exact location of the raindrops myself and texted them to inform them. They advised me to call emergency maintenance if it happened again. I have called emergency maintenance three times, including my last call an hour ago, but so far, of course, NO ONE has came by:) I haven't been able to sleep for over 24 hours in my cozy bed, so I will need to take a nap on the sofa in the living room. How exciting is that? Welcome anyone who needs this exciting experience! 12/4/24 The Maintenance left a voicemail; there are no raindrops. Of course, all rains have already dried up in 3weeks 😂 If you request emergency maintenance, they will respond in at least three weeks😍 so highly recommended, If you are a very patient person! 12/16/24 Added new videos which can prove the fact that I don’t have hallucination. 12/17/24 Finally, I received a response from maintenance regarding the source of the noise, which took a year from my first request. However, they informed me that THERE’S NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO. I managed to temporarily fix the issue by adding a piece of stone by myself, but I need professional solution which can be maintained. I’m waiting to see when they will replace the equipment as per my suggestion. 😇 I‘d also recommend this apartment to someone who doesn’t need help from maintenance! 12/18/24 THEY DID CANCEL MT REQUEST AGAIN!

  One of the worst costumer services I’ve ever dealt with. If you value your time and money, do not move into any of the properties owned by this company.

  NEVER EVER RENT THIS APARTMENT WHEN YOU NEED THE APARTMENT SOONER!! I lived in this apartment for two years. It was really nice experience two years back. Everything worked really fine. I had real nice stay here in the apartment. I had to move somewhere else for few months. Again returning, I chose the same apartment irrespective of the other options I have bcoz of my previous experience here. But somehow the things had really changed in the mean time. The apartment quality has fallen to very low levels. You get the painted floors which chip on your feet every time you use the washroom and the kitchen shelf too, think twice before using the cleaner there that the paint my chip off. Moreover, I filled the application with the specified rent for the next day move in. They took 2 days to do process the application which is definitely not my fault. As I moved two days later, my rent went high by 80-100$ and the lame excuse given to me was that u moved in on a different date. I was really impressed by the instant move-in bonus I received that you pay extra rent every month bcoz u shifted in a couple of days. I thought the apartments welcome the guys who shift sooner but here it occurred a misuse of my situation. And I was told this exact on the date I was moving in after the processing of the application so that I don’t have any choice. Thanks for the grand welcome for the previous residents. So I advice to all come to Farmington oaks when you have an ample time with you. Never choose it for early move ins else you will end up paying $100 extra every month.
