  Ethan Julin, and Bonita Loka made my decision to refinance through them the easiest decision. Ethan was friendly and super helpful from the first phone call until the last. Bonita showed that she 100% cares about every need or want that I had and made sure that I was satisfied all the way until the end. This was the easiest and best experience Ive ever had dealing with anything of this nature. I would recommend any and everybody to get ahold of rapid home lending and ask for Bonita.

  Alexander Mannhalt is my hero. This began with some major repairs to my home. I looked into debt consolidation and found that it would take several years and damage my credit rating. I tried a debt consolidation loan with another company, but at the last minute, I was declined. I was referred to Alex and Rapid Lending, who, after a short conversation, recommended a VA loan. The process was painless and smooth. I am so thankful that I connected with Alex. He is fantastic. He took excellent care of me. Thank you

  I just wanted to give my Sincere thanks and gratitude to AI Sandro and the rest of the staff members that worked on my loan request. They were all very professional, and proficient in the way they conducted business. When ever I had a question or didn't quite understand something. They didn't try to sugar coat anything. But they were very patient in explaining it to me. So I really appreciated that. So the bottom line is if asked I would definitely recommend Rapid Home Lending Inc based on my own personal experience.

  If I could give this company a 0 rating, I would. They had all the information( which we had to clarify as it was originally inaccurate) to begin the loan process including debt to income ratio. They had us complete an appraisal on our home with an initial quote of 500.00 only to have a deduction of 755.00 taken from my account . After the appraisal was completed we were declined due to debt vs. Income. They didn't know this from the beginning!!! and still had us pay for an appraisal!!!!! Something not right here.

  Fast but Unprofessional and Unhelpful Pros: Speed: If you already know everything about refinancing, are certain you’ll be approved, your home will pass inspection, and you have funds for incidentals, RHL can process quickly. Cons: Unprofessional Communication: Frequent use of profanity in conversations. If you’re sensitive to language, this will be an issue. Lack of Guidance: Despite disclosing that I was inexperienced and this was my first home on my own, the representatives (Julien, Chris, and Lance) never provided complete information or explained the process. Poor Transparency: They do not walk you through options or clarify the refinancing process. Communication Stops: When I expressed concerns and mentioned consulting other lenders, all communication from them ceased immediately. Regional Warning: The Bingham Farms Michigan team was particularly unhelpful and dismissive. Bottom Line: If you need a lender who will guide you through the process, explain your options, and maintain professional communication, avoid RHL—especially if you’re a first-time homeowner or require extra support.
