Outside, Uptown Ann Arbor’s design features contemporary lines unlike anything in the area, with expansive windows and distinctive wood accents. Inside, the residences are larger than those typically found in the Downtown area.

- TMTai MoDec 4, 20255.0Overall, Uptown Ann Arbor is a beautiful, well-maintained property with modern amenities and a great location near Ann Arbor–Saline Road. The buildings and grounds are kept very clean, parking is organized, and the units themselves feel updated and spacious. The community feels safe and family-friendly. A special note for Tamara: Tamara has been exceptionally patient, professional, and helpful throughout the leasing process. She communicates clearly, explains policies thoroughly, and makes sure every step is easy to understand. Her responsiveness and positive attitude make a huge difference, especially during move-in planning.

She is NOT pushy with selling units. But she leaves you with so much information and honesty that you leave WANTING to become a resident. Every unit shown to us was STUNNING! Unfortunately, the person who styled the units we saw has retired. But I have high hopes that their current interior designer will bring similar delightfulness in decor. If ever you are interested in renting spaces, Uptown Ann Arbor is the place to be; Tamara is THE person to work with!!
