- MSM Smith3 days ago5.0Just moved in and the process was easy. You just have to read the emails. Brook was helpful when I called the office to make sure I had everything completed. I love my view and am excited about living here, it’s been great so far. The location is excellent. They did a bbq resident event today that was delicious.
- MLMikhael L4 days ago1.0Would give it 0 if I could. Fire alarm goes off in our room whenever it wants and to top it all off it’s been going off for more than an hour at midnight across the whole building. Management is useless. Rates are high. Value is terrible.

- AMAndrea MújicaDec 25, 20251.0Do not lease here they just changed management and it has becomea nightmare when it comes to the monthly utility bills and everything else. They keep increasing prices while not offering anything more. Insurance with them is a scam and they ask you to change the provider halfway through. Ridiculous money grab. Adding on to this on the january 8th; the fire alarm rang everyone ran out and firefighters came but after they told us it was safe and we all went back in the alarms never stopped. It has been over an hour of them ringing incessantly and currently it is 12:28 with no sign of stopping. Six 11 does not have anyone you can call for help.
- RMramon mujicaDec 1, 20251.0If you are thinking of leasing here, don't do it. This building is owned by a hedge fund who only wants your money. 1) At the beginning of the lease they suggested tenants to hire Homebody insurance and pay full year policy in advance, just a few weeks later Six11 changed insurer (probably because the new one offered them a couple of dollars more) and Six11 is telling tenants that former policy does not fit their requirements any more and will start charging for insurance (and late fees) in January if you do not switch to the new company. 2) Maintenance is very poor and they do not follow up. We had a leak for more than a month and because of Six11 did not fix it, my roommates and I have to pay around $1,000 between water and sewer. 3) After just a few weeks after we all moved in, Six11 changed its system and left us blind for a month while they were sending us emails that we were late in payments, they really have a big mess, not something you would expect from an apartment that charges that much money. After they claimed they finished, the utilities part of the system was still not working and nobody answered phone calls. 4) During my short stay here many things have brokendown like the elevators (all of them at the same time) and we had to take the stairs. If you read the other reviews, it is clear that Six11's maintenance is poor and once you have a problem, there is no one who would answer the phone. There are many other options in Ann Arbor and less expensive. Do not fall for these guys!!
