    Mark is professional, easy to work with, and a pleasure to do business with. My husband and I reached out to Mark a few times in the past 3 years after selling our last house. As we had some hopeful prospects along the way, Mark was quick to provide the prequalification letters when needed. Even when one house fell through after doing all the financing, he was very encouraging. When we found the right house a couple of weeks later, he jumped right in and kept things moving so we could have a quick close date.

    We worked with Mark V. He was amazing and very helpful. We moved from Virginia to Maine with no chance of coming to Maine before we closed on our home. This was extremely nerve-wracking but with the help of Mark and our amazing realtor, they made it all happen. Even through any hiccups, Mark was amazing at getting things fixed, for the loan aspect, right away! We truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication he gave.
