  As a single mom of a baby and a puppy, I chose this location for the safety features, the amenities and the manager, Christina, was fantastic to work with. I have interacted with maintenance and they are always super nice as well. All the residents have been so welcoming as well. I'm excited for the pool next summer, as my baby loves to be in water!

  The property manager was extremely helpful, professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the building and amenities. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as shown online. Christinas personality made a big difference and left a great impression!

  If I had the option to give zero stars, I certainly would. Christina Brink, the property manager, intimidates residents by enlisting the Sheriff officer. She would enter our apartment without permission and provide misleading information to the police. Fortunately, we are aware of our rights and the laws, which rendered all her malicious actions ineffective. As long as she remains in her position as property manager, I strongly advise against leasing here or engaging with them. Safeguard your peace of mind and avoid this property.
