  Kevin is the best maintenance worker hands down !!! He always does a great job handling repairs and issues that arise . Please keep him on board …He takes his job very seriously and always completes them . His hard work is very much appreciated!!! Kevin also did my preventative maintenance inspection. He took his time and checked everything out and did not rush at all :) 5 stars

  Had a nice experience touring the building. Kadija was supportive throughout the whole application process and answered any questions I had. She made the process easier. The building is well maintained and has great amenities as well as friendly Thank you!

  I am a prospective resident very interested in moving to Arrive Wheaton. The property is beautiful, well-located, and I’ve toured it multiple times this year because I genuinely like the community. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the leasing office has been real disappointing.. I visited the office several times hoping to view the specific unit I wanted, but each time I was told it was unavailable. When I came to tour another apartment that was listed as available for immediate move-in, I was informed I could not see it. Although the team worked to provide a video—which I appreciate—I did not receive it until nearly 48 hours after it was promised, and by then, the unit I intended to apply for had already been leased. I made every effort to view the apartment. I arrived at the office on time, called repeatedly, and did not receive an answer until 15 minutes after opening, only to be told again that I could not tour the unit. Feeling frustrated, I reached out to management and am still awaiting a response. I look forward to hopefully discussing this matter with them soon. Over the past two days, I have called approximately five times regarding the same request. I also feel it’s important to share the interactions I’ve had with leasing agent Kadija. She has not been particularly friendly or welcoming, which has made the process more difficult than it needed to be. If I do decide to move in, I will request to work with a different leasing agent... On top of that, they are advertising a free rent special that applied to the unit I was originally interested in but not the same special on a different unit with the same floor plan. Only difference is the floor number.. another thing I plan on bringing up with management. I am not sure if this is accurate or just the response I am getting in response to the constant calls I've had to make. While I still truly like the property and am open to moving forward, the communication and demeanor I’ve experienced from some staff members have made me reconsider Arrive Wheaton as an option for me. I will follow-up with another review in the next month on my experience if I do decide to move forward.

  Wonderful Move-In Experience! I just moved into my new apartment, and I’m so happy with how everything went! The place is beautiful, clean, and feels like home already. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Khadija she was amazing throughout the whole process! She was friendly, patient, and always quick to help with any questions I had. Thanks to her, my move-in went smoothly, and I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this community and the great team here!

The leasing staff is always cheerful, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile, making every visit to the office a pleasant one. And the maintenance team? Simply exceptional — fast, reliable, responsive and dedicated to keeping everything running smoothly. For the first time in a long while, it feels like Arrive Wheaton is becoming more than a place to live — it’s becoming a kind of community again everyone wants to call home. Keep the momentum going!
