- LLlilsuga19343 days ago5.0February will be 7 years I’ve been here. I pretty much for the most part rarely have issues. Maintenance handles my issues. Marcos and Vanessa always hear my issues and correct my problems. The new Property Manager Chelsea is very efficient. I appreciate her she always responds back and does her best correcting any issues I have. I send emails but I never get a sense I’m bothering her so I appreciate her alot and the staff. Thank you

My kids and I aren’t from here, and we’ve been struggling trying to find something affordable and safe that actually felt like home. From the very beginning, they made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and like we were in good hands. Marcos literally helped me through every single step — the application, explaining the paperwork, all the move-in requirements — everything. He was patient with all my questions (and I had a lot 😂), and he made sure I understood what I was signing before anything happened. He didn’t rush me, didn’t brush me off… just real patience and kindness the whole way. And the maintenance staff? They are on it! Super friendly, quick to respond. Upon moving in when when I needed something or had a question, they handled it right away. We’re finally all moved in and settled, just wanted to say thank you to you all for making this whole experience so much easier for me and my family. 💛

I’m so happy I was blessed to come across them during this transition from state to state. Also another big shout out to the Maintenance staff Ron, Joe, and Fred. They’re always on point with the maintenance request trying their best to make sure that the contractors on site do the job right. Even though something’s are out of their hands they always put their best foot forward! Thanks Team Spark 😃

As far as the trash, where my daughter lives in La Plata, she’s in a new apartment complex and they don’t take her garbage on Friday or Saturday either. I guess provisions should be made because they can’t take garbage seven days a week. And as for maintenance, I guess, additional competent workers would help, but other than that… Anyway, I had to contact the office today and I spoke with Marcos. He was very polite, professional, and hopefully he sticks to his word and I receive the services that we discussed. JUST FOLLOWING UP. MARCOS IS GREAT. HE FOLLOWS UP AND STANDS BEHIND HIS WORD. WHILE I’M REVIEWING, DON’T LET ME FORGET JOE FROM MAINTENANCE. HE ALSO STANDS BEHIND HIS WORD!!! I WILL CONTINUE TO ENJOY THE COMFORT OF RESIDING IN SPARK WALDORF. MY AREA IS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND QUIET. THANK YOU AGAIN MARCOS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 🙏🏾

Moved in September last year and from day one there were problems that were never resolved even after putting in numerous work orders. Through the full term of my lease I went without a functioning washer and dryer. I had to go to the laundromat to get all of my laundry done. So basically I still had to pay for amenities that I couldn’t even use not being compensated for anything. There were also issues with brown water coming from the pipes so I also had to go to the grocery store just to buy clean water to cook with. Not to mention someone ran into the mailbox and it was never properly fixed so I also had to go to the post office to pick up my mail. This place was nothing but a big inconvenience overall. The maintenance team is a complete joke. Community wise it was ok most neighbors just kept to themselves for the most part. With that being said I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. Know what you’re getting into
