  I recently moved in to lenox.it is very nice the stuff starting from customer service to leasing office are friendly and cooperative the young man who sit in the front desk Mariya and all stuffs are helpful. I appreciate the service .just there is noise due to the high way.

  The service here at the Lenox park is great, maintenance are great, the work is done on time, the maintenance team always greets residents with smile.

  Our experience at Lenox Park was unfortunately disappointing, despite the potential the place has. When we moved in, we specifically asked about pest issues and were told there weren’t any—only to find out later there’s an ongoing roach infestation. Even with regular sprayings, the problem persisted throughout our lease. There were also rats in the garage, trash chute, and moving dock areas. Maintenance was hit or miss. We had black mold form around the windows during the colder months. While they fixed the leaks, the mold issue itself was never properly addressed, and we were told a specialist needed to handle it—yet no one followed up. Our unit also wasn’t in the best condition at move-in, with stained carpets and peeling, dirty kitchen cabinets. Another major issue: they lost our rent payment after we placed it in the rent drop box. It was a huge inconvenience to go through the refund and reissue process, though I will say they communicated well and handled that situation as best they could. After that, took photos for our records. Our car was also broken into while parked in their garage. It took over 24 hours for the office to notify us—even though they had the report and owner information—claiming they couldn’t find our car in their system (which was strange, since all of that info was on our lease). Over $1,500 worth of items were stolen, and the window was left shattered and open. There were constant small miscommunications, and some of the office staff came across as short or unprofessional over the phone. To end on a positive note: the pool area was great in the summer, we loved our city view and proximity to the metro, and near the end of our lease they started offering resident activities, which was a nice touch. I really wish we could give a better rating because the location and amenities have so much potential—but our overall experience just wasn’t great.

  I recently moved out and promised the on-site team that I will write a review- My experience at Lenox Park was very positive: they have a great team, all the maintenance issues were handled promptly, everyone in the management team was always helpful and courteous. Waqar and Jaime both went above and beyond to help me at 3am in the morning when my next door neighbors washer over-flowed and flooded my apt Front Desk team was good too (most of the times). Another big positive, I saw lots of improvements being made from Elevator renovations to hallway upgrades. If I moved back to DMV Lenox Park will be 1st choice.

  I have really enjoyed all of the events that have been held lately ! My family really enjoyed the sip and paint ! We were all able to get creative and spend some time together ! Really appreciate the leasing team especially Mariyah!
