The building is clean very well-managed. The walls are thick, and I rarely hear neighbors. I live on a higher floor and love the views from my balcony, especially of the cities in the distance. The best part is the location. The building is across the street from a grocery store, restaurants, CVS, and the Metro. The neighborhood feels very safe. I often go for walks at night and the community is diverse and welcoming. Maintenance is excellent. Domingo and AJ are very professional. Any issues I’ve had were fixed within a day. I truly appreciate the support I receive from Matrice in the leasing office. She is always my go-to person, and I can count on her to respond quickly and respectfully to my needs. The building has solid amenities (gym, pool, front desk concierge, party room) and recent upgrades like brighter hallways and better elevators. Overall, Lenox Park has been a comfortable and reliable place to call home.
