  I’m truly impressed by the exceptional level of care, support, and professionalism that Tiara, Kabrina, and the entire property maintenance team consistently demonstrate. Their dedication and kindness make a real difference for us. I’m so grateful for everything they do and the positive energy they bring to our community. Thanks to their approach, this place truly feels like home. And a big shout-out to the gardening team as well - their amazing work keeps our neighborhood beautiful and welcoming every single day.

  I do not usually write reviews, but I felt the need to as my experience as the Residences has just been amazing. I am going on my third year living here, and as someone that came in with experiences with bad landlords, Residences met and exceeded every expectation I have. The maintenance team are so responsive and professional. I specifically want to mention Kabrina and Leon. I switched my lease to a new apartment and during the process, had many questions that Kabrina was quick to answer either in person or over email. Leon, the senior property manager, has helped me when the water/sewer company's meter was broken. Even though I am sure my multiple emails were annoying, he made sure that I understood everything and was not overpaying. I cannot recommend this community enough.

  Unexpected Drop In ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been searching for a new home due to ongoing, unlivable conditions in my current apartment (elsewhere in the King Farm community), and it’s been a frustrating process. Despite the number of homes listed online, getting a response—let alone a showing—from leasing offices or agents has been almost impossible. Many places were unresponsive or unwelcoming when I showed up in person, and some outright refused to help without a pre-scheduled appointment—even if they were just sitting at their desks. Feeling discouraged, I was ready to give up for the day when I decided to make one last stop at The Residences at King Farm and I’m so glad I did. Tiara Johnson greeted me with a warm smile even though she was assisting another resident at the time. The moment I inquired about availability, she jumped into action. She took the time to give me a thorough tour, patiently answered all of my questions, and followed up with detailed emails to make sure I had everything I needed to move forward. Although Saturdays are typically by appointment only, Tiara made time for me—and that meant a lot, especially after being turned away elsewhere for not having an appointment. Her professionalism, compassion, and genuine care completely turned my day around. She provided what I can only describe as *unreasonable hospitality*, going far above and beyond what I expected. Because of Tiara, I’m excited to move forward with leasing at The Residences at King Farm. She is truly an asset to the community and a shining example of what great customer service looks like. Thank you, Tiara!
