I have been a resident of Traville Gardens for over 11 year. The 4 building complex has been more than satisfactorily been maintained and managed e.g. new roofs, redecorated first floors, meeting rooms and lounges and newly painted, newly carpeted hallways and resurfaced and painted parking lots. We have a responsive management and 24 hour maintenance team.
I moved in under the management team of Alexis and James. They were both professional, friendly, responsive to inquiry and/or request and attentive to duties.
In my years of residency there have been a couple of changes in office management and building maintenance. With any new management team(9) there has always been growing pains on both sides. Us tenants who are "seasoned folks", who do not readily adjust to the changes, then the new management team has to learn to partner with the various tenants (customers). Note: I must give a shout out to Jasmine, a current support staff member. She has consistently helped through several management transitions. She has remained calm, professional, friendly and been a voice of reason. Thank you Jasmine for your follow through.
My personal observation is we recently lost an excellent maintenance man, Carlos. He was a man about business an with a great deal of knowledge. His new the history of Traville Garden's mechanical concerns, schedules and vendors. However he was our one and only maintenance person. He covered four, four story buildings. He worked 5 day per week, plus overtime, most weekends and was on "after hours calls" for emergencies. I/we understand corporate needing to maintaining staffing budgets and employees head counts but, my personal believe will always be; Carlos needed full time help which would have allowed him reduced hours and more work life balance. He was over worked and resigned.
I/we currently welcome the new maintenance team of Leo and Clyde. The both have been very diligent in their responsibilities and duties. In the few weeks they have been here, they have serviced my AC unit, installed a new overhead light fixture in my kitchen and replace worn toilet bolts. I am sure they are conscientiously working for both management and tenants. They both have been timely, professional and knowledgeable. They seem to be a great team. It is understandable that as Traville Gardens continue to age, more maintenance will be required to keep the property in good repair, safe and desirable to the tenants who call Traville Gardens home. I hope, the owners and management will do what is necessary to retain both these employees.

Leo and Claude replaced my water tank today. Both men were very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about their work.
And I would like to add that they both were very courteous and personable. They assured us that if we had any future problems to let them know and they will take care of it right away. I understand they both were recently hired. Great picks TRAVILLE.

Poorly managed. No empathy from manager.
Will not try to listen to residents who have offered suggestions . One being....to notify residents that their guest are parked in unauthorized spaces(that they made a mistake in where they parked) by simply calling the resident to notify them that their guest has parked illegally instead allowing the tow truck to tow them.
Those guest who have a guest permit also have the apartment number on their permit tag.
It can be an honest mistake. Why not show some consideration for the guest instead of having them shell out 150.00 or more for their parking mistake.
If after contact and the vehicle is still parked there for 1_2 hrs....then tow.
Also......we need more than 1 maintenance worker on call when needed....which is very common with this apmt complex.
The owner can never be reached to hear the residents complaints....that is a thumbs down

Elevators don’t always work, residents park in visitor spots making parking difficult, appliances are old and the rent gets raised 100 or more every year they also have a vermin problem in some buildings. They also don’t allow visiting nurses to park without the risk of being towed, the nurse must use the residents parking pass and on top of that you have residents clogging up visitors parking, the nurses should be allowed to use signs from their agency, they should not have to use the residents pass. If you are elderly and can’t use stairs don’t live here, and if you are elderly and may need home health don’t live here.
