Things wasn't moving smoothly on my end but he made it work for the both of us. He explained to me what he was going to do, I gave him a walk through to clarify my concerns then he got to work like a seasoned veteran. He got the job done with little to no disruption to me or my work. He completed everything I requested in a short period of time. Thank you Kevin! Then!! Troy came to inspect with the same professionalism and demeanor! I have to say that this community has a top tier maintenance team!

A spacious 2 bedroom with an open floor plan is what I was looking for and Randi provided me everything I needed and more. This neighborhood is quiet with luxury amenities and I loved it.

We receive all the tobacco and cannabis smoke in our apartment on many occasions throughout the day. I have a baby who is being seriously affected. We have notified management verbally and in writing, but so far we have not seen a solution. Children and babies are at greater risk than adults from exposure to secondhand smoke because their breathing rate is higher and their lungs and immune systems are not as developed. Children exposed to secondhand smoke are more likely to catch coughs and colds, but they are also at risk of developing much more serious illnesses. I am calling on the administration to review this situation and show empathy.

I could not have asked for a better experience when looking for a new home! The apartments were absolutely beautiful, spacious and has a lot to offer!
