  Amen has been an exceptional leasing manager who truly goes above and beyond for myself and other residents. She consistently ensures that every task or concern is addressed promptly and always follows up with a call to confirm that everything has been resolved. Her professionalism and attention to detail make a real difference in the overall experience of living here. Even before becoming the leasing manager, Amen was always pleasant and welcoming as a concierge, but in her new role, she has elevated her dedication and leadership even further. She takes her position seriously and manages responsibilities with genuine care and efficiency. It’s refreshing to have someone so dependable, kind, and proactive leading the leasing team—Amen truly sets the standard for excellent service

  Amen has been incredibly helpful to me. I had an ongoing issue with my closet and, despite repeated complaints, it wasn't being addressed. The leasing office staff were frustrated with me, until I spoke with Amen. She's remarkably calm, patient, and quick to find solutions, and she always greets you with a smile. It's hard to get frustrated when talking to her because she's so kind and respectful, always making residents feel heard and valued. She finally resolved my closet issue, and I haven't had any problems since. Even though she's clearly very busy, she always makes time to listen to your concerns.

  Living at The Oxford, I've found Amen to be an exceptional manager. Since her promotion, she consistently shows a positive attitude towards all residents. Whenever I've brought an issue to her attention, she addresses it promptly and professionally. It's rare to encounter such professionalism combined with a caring personality, especially at such a young age.

  Outstanding Service from Joseph and Taylor I can’t say enough good things about my experience at The Oxford Apartments, especially thanks to Joseph the assistant manager and Taylor his assistant. I had just sold my home and needed to move quickly. and from the moment I reached out, they treated me with genuine care and urgency. I was approved for my apartment in less than a day, and what really touched me was how they both called me together just to say,“Welcome Home” and confirmed that I was approved and in 3 days I was able to move in. They understood the urgency of my situation and went out of their way to ensure that everything was taken care of quickly. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made me feel valued and appreciated- not just a tenant, but as a person. Joseph Assistant manager, and Taylor, his assistant, was truly amazing through out my entire move- in process at The Oxford Apartments Beyond Joseph and Taylor The Oxford staff is top notch. Everyone I’ve interacted has been helpful and polite ,and truly invested in creating a positive experience for the residents It’s rare to find a team that works so well to together and clearly cares about the people who live here. Highly recommend The Oxford Apartments— especially with a team like Joseph and Taylor in the office.
