- SOSasha Otero1 day ago1.0PMI Potomac rented me a condo with no carbon monoxide detector despite it having gas. Unforgivable. In addition- the condo had inconsistent to non-existent hot water. This was not disclosed to me until after I moved in. I had to take cold showers for over a year and they did nothing effective to fix it or compensate me for the issue. They created miscommunication between the owners and I, leading to me getting told I’d have to move out just 3 weeks after being told I could stay indefinitely. This led to me having to pay an extra month of rent despite having been ready to move out the previous month. They also told me that they were going to refund my deposit within 45 days and I had to be the one to remind them to refund it to me on the 45th day. So unprofessional.
