I would recommend staying far away in general because what kind of apartment complex not only does not respond to emails but also does not answer the phone at any time between their own business hours

Dollar General managers have a better standard of customer service than the building property manager. They engage in POINTLESS projects instead of what needs to be addressed with NO notification, just to appease the building owners over the residents. When I moved in it was decent. Take a tour of this place and you’ll see the tacky it really is.

I have not received keys as of 17th November. They needed credit score, rental verification and income verification. My credit score was good enough. My old apartment took a while to verify my rental history. Apartment manager is asking where every penny from my paystub is going. I usually send some of the money to brokerage account directly from paycheck. She is now asking for the exact number of my brokerage account containing half million dollars. They have already contacted my employer and verified all the information as well
