Poor memtainance, very old unit with hight BGE bills. It's a no no for me. Can't refer anyone into this complex. I leave in a 3 bed room unit and paying $800 for BGE this is insane.

My wheels were stolen a few days ago and all I got was “sorry”. U guys need to do better with security measures. It’s really getting frustrating. This was a major safety issue, and we could no longer stay there. We did not move out by choice; we moved because the property failed to provide a safe living environment. Despite this, I was still charged a balance for leaving due to safety concerns, which is completely unfair. I have been trying to reach corporate since September, including another attempt yesterday, and still cannot get a response from anyone. All I am asking is for this balance to be reviewed and removed due to the break-in and unsafe conditions we experienced. Corporate has not responded to any of my attempts.
