All we get is runarounds and them telling us that they’ll call back. Maintenance doesn’t seem to really fix anything, they come in, look at the problem and say they’ll get back to the problem later. I’m paying about 1,800 to pay for something that isn’t worth it at all in services and living. Disgraceful.

With that said, we have moved forward and are now receiving the keys today. I just want to give a big thanks to Carol and Jasmine for their understanding and patience throughout the leasing process.

I work TWO jobs And my mother also has a full time job but she's not a w-2 employee so because of that they're telling is we dont qualify. They took our reservation fee and cant even be bothered to talk to us and actually explain what is going on. Idk if they're racist or what the hell is going but the level of avoidance and unprofessionalism is out of this world. I am completely astonished of the treatment me and my mother have received. Ilive in a place where I pay almost twice the rent WITH NO PROBLEM. But the ridge wants to act like they are too good when all the reviews are over here talking about homeless people sleeping under the stairs and breaking in and roaches in the building. I should've read the reviews before applying. If you are lucky enough to come across this before applying take my experience and find a different place to give your money to because this ain't it
