  I would definitely recommend Toby Wantz as an agent. He worked hard for my family and me to sell our property, at a moment when we needed a real pro. In some of our own busiest times, it was reassuring to know that we had Toby dedicated to finding us a buyer. Ultimately he delivered us the advantageous position of having multiple (generous) offers. Closing the deal was very simple thanks to Tony’s skill and guidance. The next time I need a realtor, Toby will get my call. Thank you Toby, much appreciated!!

  Toby was such a pleasure to work with, both as a listing agent and a buyers agent! As a buyers agent he was more than accommodating with our busy schedule.  Along with our firm “must have list”, we never felt pressure from him to purchase something that was not right for us. Although, I must say when the house felt right and the time came to submit an offer he was aggressive in the best way possible..he was prepared and two steps ahead of us.(We all know that’s needed in today’s market) Toby was very prompt and knowledgeable with any questions that arose during the process. Toby really shines as a listing agent, not only did my house go under contact within 4 days but he was able to reassure both my husband and myself during quite a few stressful hiccups with the new owners. Toby went to both settlements to make sure he could act as a buffer to explain all the legal terms in a clear way that we understood. Even after everything was said and done Toby continued to stay in contact, asking if we need anything, how things are in the new house, etc. Toby goes above and beyond!!! Toby made buying and selling a home so easy, I can’t say enough positive things about our experience working with him. 10/10. Highly recommend using Toby Wantz as your real estate agent!

  Toby is an exceptional person to guide, to lead and to direct the seller in the process of getting the best possible price as well as "up close" personal and professional expertise. He is thoughtful, considerate, knowledgeable, attentive, positive and encouraging as the daily tasks related to selling a home seemed endless. I really appreciated his kindness, generosity of time to listen to my concerns and the fun we had along the way. I can think of no one who would implement the standard of excellence with an emphasis on including the seller with each change requested by the buyer for realizing the hope of selling the home with expediency than Toby....37 days from the day the home was listed for sale to the closing as well as the actual move. Toby is the best!

  We had Toby locate a buyer for a commercial property which we settled on today. Toby was very diligent during the process and communicated with us on almost a daily basis. Toby also provided a valuable resource for us having his father Attorney Bill Wantz prepare and review leases which was an integral part of our particular transaction.
