  I had a great experience selling my house and buying my condo with Toby. I felt very overwhelmed with all that had to be accomplished, but Toby helped me each step of the way and made the experience less stressful. He is very caring and knowledgeable.

  Toby is the best! I was super specific on budget & type of property. He went above & beyond to find every possible match. Within hours of a new condo coming on the market he got me in to see it and had an offer into the seller by that evening. He is extremely savvy in the technicalities of Real estate contracts which gives his clients the best chance possible of having the winning offer at the best possible price. Additionally he is wonderful at working with unique situations and navigated my complicated family situation with confidence & reassurance (he was great with my very elderly and anxious dad and handled my insane questions with ease). He works incredibly hard, he was always available. As a long-standing highly involved member of the community, he kindly provided us with references & info we needed, just to be helpful, even though unrelated to real estate. Lastly, he knew time was a priority & managed to go from offer to settlement in less than two weeks! with minimal paperwork + no stress. Toby has the ideal combination of industry expertise, listening to clients' needs, knowing tricks of the trade, a great work ethic, loys of industry connections, a natural ability to communicate with all different types of people plus a drive to help others; all of which ensured he found me the perfect home at a great price in a record short settlement period.

  Unfortunately my experience (buyer) with Toby Wantz (represented seller) was very different then others have indicated here. Instead of being treated with mutual respect, I was bullied to the closing table more than once despite the sellers inability to meet their contractual obligations.
