  I had a great experience touring with Angel yesterday! She was very kind and knowledgeable about the apartment and its features! I hope to make this place my new home soon! My sister heard about the place and now she wants to schedule a tour as well!

  Very nice staff, I actually really liked this place but unfortunately recently this place has been ruined by some terribly inconsiderate residents and because management doesn’t really enforce leases or rules. This building is the most disgusting building of the 4 I’ve lived in in the area. The common area smells disgusting 90% of the time. Old fish, garbage, straight up poop, smoke, burnt plastic drug smell. It’s so bad the smell seeps into your apartment and sticks to everything no matter what. I often can’t even breathe when walking in the hallways it’s so bad. People literally smoke anywhere and everywhere. Inside the staircases hotboxing it. Inside the garage. Want to go outside or to your car? You’ll have to walk through someone’s smoke. Want to open your window? Smoke. People also breaking in to smoke inside. It’s unsafe. It’s against building and fire code yet management doesn’t enforce anything. Trash constantly left literally right in front of the shoot. A lot of late night fire alarms. Dog poops almost everywhere around the property. This place has gone downhill very quickly.

  I’ve been living here for over 3 years, and EV charging has been a constant issue the entire time. Out of the three chargers they advertise, only two ever worked — and one of those only partially. Now none of them are functional. I’ve raised this issue multiple times, and management often blames “upper management,” but nothing gets done. For a property with such a high rating, it’s really disappointing to see advertised amenities neglected like this. If you rely on EV charging, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  I moved in because this complex advertised three EV chargers. Since day one, only one worked, and now none do. More than thirty residents drive EVs, and there has been no real progress, updates, or urgency from management or corporate. I’ll keep updating weekly until something changes. Update September 21, 2025: One week later, still zero working chargers. Residents told me repair requests for the other two chargers go back to 2023. I now spend about eight extra hours a week driving to offsite chargers. Completely unsustainable. Update September 29, 2025: Two weeks. Still nothing. I received an AI generated response from the manager that even said “[your name here].” No updates sent to residents. Zero indication anything will ever be fixed. Update October 7, 2025: Three weeks. No updates, no repairs, no communication. I’ve started documenting building conditions. The newly uploaded photos speak for themselves. Update October 21, 2025: Five weeks. Still no chargers. The manager keeps promising timelines that never happen. Uploaded two photos, including the garage gate that slammed shut while I was driving in. One issue I reported did get fixed, but others were left untouched. The pattern here is overpromise, underdeliver, and only act when money is at risk. Even if chargers get repaired, I wouldn’t stay here again. Update November 12, 2025: Eight weeks. Still zero chargers. One email on October 24 said all chargers are being replaced with Tesla units and estimated one to three weeks. Three weeks have passed with no technicians, no equipment, and no visible progress. Uploaded new photos: the third floor hallway on 545 Raven Ave smells awful, the elevator regularly goes down after storms and stays broken for long periods regardless of disability needs, and a door knob has been broken since I moved in. These issues reflect the overall lack of care. I regret moving here. Stay tuned.

  Very nice 1 bedroom apt. It has everything we needed: washer/dryer, large enough kitchen for cooking and baking, air conditioning was perfect, cute size balcony, nice neighbors, very quiet, reasonable priced parking garage, valet weekday trash pickup, nice pool and really outstanding propert manager.
