  Helpful and Knowledgeable. We met Jen at an open house before we had an agent and had a great conversation about what we were looking for in the market. She followed up and was very communicative throughout the home buying process. She was great about sending us listings that were in our range and locations we liked as well as always being available to take us on tours of listings that we found. Once we were ready to put in an offer, Jen was great with explaining the whole process to us as well as helping us put together a competitive offer within our means. As a first time homebuyer, Jens knowledge and communication was great to help me through all steps of the process.

  Trust me: You want to work with Jen! I do not even know where to start with how wonderful it was being represented by Jen Schaub. Bottom line, up front: I cannot recommend her enough and suggest you stop your search here and call her. We were first-time homebuyers looking to buy in a new city. We started visiting open houses to get an idea of what was out there and to see what neighborhoods we liked when we met Jen. We enjoyed our chat with her and told her we were just beginning to explore the idea of buying. Regardless, Jen offered to show us around anytime we wanted with absolutely no obligation or pressure. When we could find a free weekend to make the drive, Jen would happily show us homes on our wishlist and made suggestions for ones she thought we would like to see. She educated us on the neighborhoods and amenities and answered all of our questions. Again, she did all of this never once pressuring us to speed up our buying process or throw in a hasty offer. This continued for MONTHS with nothing but patience and kindness from her. When the time finally came to start offering, we had our heart set on one neighborhood that we absolutely did not think we could afford to get into. Jen found us an amazing opportunity to get into the neighborhood and was determined to help us win! Ultimately, after significant back and forth with the sellers, our offer was accepted at an absolutely amazing price - all thanks to Jen's tireless efforts. I cannot recommend working with her enough. She was patient, communicative, honest, and absolutely relentless in representing us to the best of her abilities. She was so helpful throughout the entire process and happy to speak with us anytime to help calm our anxieties and understand the intricacies of home-buying. We're now 3 months in our home and she still is more than happy to offer advice on homeownership and answer any of my constant, silly questions anytime they come up. You will not regret working with her!!!

  Jen Schaub was and continues to be in contact with us. She is knowledgeable and helped us prepare for a move from Montgomery County to Anne Arundel County. We lived in our home for 44 years, so moving was not an easy decision. She knows this community well so we knew from the start that we were in capable hands. She also clearly explained the process of selling and moving at each step of the way. Whenever I called her, she either picked up or got back to us quickly. She’s great, totally professional, and I would give her my strongest and most positive recommendation .
