  I can't speak highly enough about this incredible team. Madison was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly patient in answering all our questions and did an exceptional job explaining every step of the process and all the options available to me. Shortly after going under contract, I received some difficult news regarding a loved one’s health. During this challenging time, the entire team offered unwavering support, but I want to especially highlight Madison for going above and beyond. She proactively reached out to her manager, ensuring that my closing date could be adjusted if needed. It was clear that Madison’s priority was allowing me to focus on my family during a difficult period. Having previously purchased a home through Lennar, I can confidently say that the support I received here was truly exceptional and beyond what I’ve experienced before. While I focused on caring for my loved one, the team did everything to ensure I didn’t face any additional stress. Brandon, in particular, was great at keeping me updated with weekly photos and progress reports of the house, which gave us something positive to look forward to during a tough time. I also want to commend the team for their cultural sensitivity. In my culture, certain days and times are considered more auspicious for purchasing a home, and the Ryan team went out of their way to ask about these preferences to ensure they could plan accordingly. This level of thoughtfulness meant a lot to me. Even after closing, Madison checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, despite being reassigned to a different community. Brandon also made it a point to stop by and check in personally. On top of that, I’ve submitted tickets for a few minor issues, and the team has been incredibly responsive every time. Overall, the level of care, cultural awareness, and dedication this team demonstrated was truly exceptional. Their support made all the difference, and I’m grateful for their understanding and attention to detail throughout the entire process.
