My experience with Queens Purchase Apartments was nothing short of amazing. Living my new home, my only issue is being able to pay online. I created an account and it wouldn’t let me pay my rent online. If someone can assist me with doing that I’d greatly appreciate it it.

This review is LONG overdue.
Been living here for five years/ six years haven’t had any significant problems til earlier last year .
SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY!
Let’s start with the constant car robbings / jackings , if you have a Kia or Hyundai prepare yourself to have someone either smash the window or ( what happened to me ) have your car handle ripped off in attempt for someone to steal it. All these cops here / security but they can’t catch the people responsible for this.
Second the roach problem here is insane. I do everything to keep my house clean yet they persist.
Third and finally the overall communication / attitude of the staff and maintenance that works for this company. Due to the pest issue I called for maintenance , they took their sweet time coming here and when they did come I did not have the apartment “ready” for them as stated in our lease. Fine , I receive one strike, then I get on the phone with the front desk lady for maintenance and explain vehemently that I do not feel comfortable having maintenance in the place I PAY FOR when I’m not here. Since they contract their maintenance and don’t actually know the people that are working for them I don’t want strangers in my home when I’m not here period.
I go onto explain that I can also not request off work three days prior to them coming and that their notice should be done sooner to allow their tenants proper time to inform jobs ( I work a 9-5 ). The lady on the phone proceeds to tell me that they cannot reschedule or cancel maintenance coming which okay , fine but then proceeds to schedule them to COME BACK to my apartment two weeks later🤦🏾♀️ “notifying” me three days prior AGAIN! Which leads to a second strike.
Lady if I could not do it two weeks prior why would you schedule them to come back again with little to no notice??? Then over the phone she tells me it’s policy and it’s in my lease
And now I have two strikes against me and could be evicted. I’ve lived here for literal years and have been a quiet / to myself neighbor / tenant and this is how they treat me and talk to me.
I’m supposed to meet with management to discuss the miscommunication and lack of care they have for me , someone that’s paying them but , genuinely I think this is a blessing in disguise.
For the amount I pay here I’m not going to debate about things that pertain to my safety and comfort.
If I don’t get “evicted” now best believe I am NOT renewing my lease with this company. With my credit score and the payments I’m sure I can find a better complex that does actually CARE about their tenants and the fact that we are paying for their paychecks.
Oh almost forgot literally had someone try to break into my apartment also in the summer so this place is definitely a five star 💩 show.
Edit :( the number they gave me to contact them does not work and the lady that I spoke to on the phone stated maintenance will contact me ; it’s been three days still no contact from management or maintenance 🤦🏾♀️
You literally can not make this stuff up )

I’m feeling incredibly grateful tonight. After my divorce, Henderson & Webb gave me the chance to start over and have a place of my own. I stayed there for 12 years, and it truly became part of my healing and rebuilding.
Now, I’m blessed to say I just moved and purchased my very own home! 🏡
I’m so thankful for every step of this journey.

I just moved here July 1st and I am loving it! No longer do I have to hear the noisy trucks at Walmart and the White Marsh Blvd traffic! It's nice and quiet where now, I'll be able to keep my windows open at night! I've met a few of my neighbors who are very nice. I love my apartment. It's a little smaller than my old one, but it's still spacious enough. They have a storage area where I keep my off season clothes and Christmas decorations. I love my kitchen and the new appliances. I like how the microwave is connected to the cabinets to have more counter space!
For the first time at the end of July and hopefully the last time, I saw a mouse that came from the utility closet! Maintenance came to check behind the stove and refrigerator and sealed up the space at the bottom of the wall. Exterminaters came to patch up the hole in there. They did a thorough check! I had to clear everything out of the closets and cabinets before they came out because they checked everywhere! I love that! I like how there were no holes behind those appliances and everywhere else, except in the utility closet. They'll be doing a follow- up check Friday.
I thank God for my new home!
