BUT since moving in I have still yet to use my fireplace because the piece to sit logs on is broken in half. Nobody around here seems to know who fixes fireplace issues but when your electric bill is over $300 fire sounds wonderful…..

Called multiple times, watched multiple other guests walk up. Once someone finally showed up, she was extremely rude. Telling us that they are “clearly” closed and that we would have to reschedule. I’d be extremely worried if this is just a preview of how they handle problems day-to-day… stay clear honestly.

Often who they send to fix things can’t fix the issues and breaks more stuff on the way out. No property management leadership. It’s turn over after turn over after turn over. You’ll receive evection notices taped to your door even after paying your rent. Roaches and mice are a problem. You will go without heat in freezing temperatures and calls to the emergency maintenance line go unanswered. The list is endless. Be warned, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
