- JAJesse AyersDec 2, 20251.0This is the worst place to live in Columbia. I have been here for over two years and my lease is ending soon. Please be aware of the leasing office because they will manipulate you and increase rent with parking fees or something else. We used to have a fireplace, but it was boarded up with drywall. Maintenance is slow and does not communicate. I had a hole in my shower for 2 months because the faucet leaked constantly. Mold/mildew is around the doors. Make sure you read your lease and keep a copy because they do not upload to RentCafe's portal, and the leasing office does not explain fees or the lease termination.

We have not had a proper working dryer since we moved in and we’ve put in multiple work orders for it. They have given us the run around constantly after we told them what the main issue was and they do something else and it still ends up not fixed. The only good thing about this place has been the old receptionist Ernika and that’s it. There’s mold problems, pest problems, water leak problems, anything you could possibly think of and to top it off I have a newborn around all of this. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

In that time her car window was smashed, the main apartment door was broken into and has had issues with strangers peering into the open shades. The office has done absolutely nothing to make the complex safer (i.e cameras) and maintenance goes undone. Terrible!
