  We recently had our kitchen sink flood. It took maintenance 3+ hours to even come and look at the problem. We had to use all of our bath towels to simply try and stop the water from completely flooding the whole kitchen. When they finally came, we were told they would come back the next week to check back and make sure everything is working fine. No one has come yet. I’m just really disappointed with how everything was handled.

  We had a black out from 11am and maintenance did not answer for hours so we end up leaving messages. Of course no one bother to return our calls all day. It is almost impossible to speak to a real person these days for a maintenance request. We contacted emergency maintenance after 6pm but again no one came until NEXT DAY. In the mean time, my family is dying in 100 degrees apartment!! We found out next day that the maintenance guy went to the wrong address but no one bother to call back. It is extremely frustrating that it is almost impossible to contact maintenance. Our apt was the only unit in this building without electricity and someone turned off our switch in the basement by accident. Dulaney Springs is raising rent every year but service is going down the drain. Why more $ and less service?
