  I lived here for about 5 years and overall had a positive experience. Maintenance was always helpful and timely, the leasing office was helpful when needed and overall the apartment did what it needed to do. The laundry rooms could be better maintained along with the lobby’s of the building but my overall experience here was great. I was in a 1 bedroom ground level so had a nice patio and they updated the windows and sliding glass door a few years. Although you could hear noise from the lobby, I rarely heard any noises throughout the apartment.

  DaVita was so very professional and personable at the same time. She is a genuine person and it comes through when talking with her. I felt very comfortable with her and she knew all the answers. I give her the highest marks possible.

  I have been staying in a ground level studio on Misty Lynn Circle here for about a year now. I moved in when it was cold out and at first everything seemed fine (minus some spiders). Then as soon as it warmed up outside it was one thing after another. 1st, my unit was clearly not built to be a living space. There’s a water nozzle handle for a hose closed off in the wall of my closet, there’s not a single air vent (minus a small vent fan in the bathroom that constantly needs to be cleaned or it does very little). The carpeting is awful with notable gaps by the baseboards. And the door wasn’t even attached properly when I first got here. I still think it isn’t fully sealed. 2nd, ROACHES. Beware. It was really bad at first in the spring. Called for an exterminator but they suck at communicating when they’ll be there (which makes it expensive when you need to go to work and need someone to watch your cat so he doesn’t get poisoned). They did show up eventually though and then a few more times than I was ready for. Even then it only lessened the problem. I had to spend a lot on poison and traps to deal with it myself. They’re in the main building too, I see them when I do wash all the time. Pretty sure I still have them too but it’s less bad now, well… at least for now. 3rd, MOLD. My appartement has awful ventilation (if any) and the humidity build up has gone as far as 90% at times. I have lost more than I can count in the value of damages to my possessions from mold growing all over it. Called to have it dealt with. They sent two guys to clean. Still found some when I came home. Doesn’t matter anyway because the humidity is still too high. I asked for a dehumidifier and got laughed off. I had to pay over $200 for a small dehumidifier and other solutions just to lower the humidity so that my couch isn’t soaked. Even now though I still find mold all the time. In my plants, my clothes, the AC unit, the shower, on all my belongings, even in my hair if I don’t dry it after a shower fast enough. Oh and it was everywhere they sprayed for roaches. Both white mold and black mold. This issue is STILL ongoing. 4th, if you don’t immediately grab your packages when they’re delivered, they WILL be stolen or delivered to the wrong address and then stolen. This happened more than I can recall. This place does not have a secure space for packages. 5th, The walls are very thin. You will hear everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. I’ve been woken up to my upstairs neighbor singing in the tub to the radio too many times. And I do hear when my other neighbors decide to make dinner in the microwave (no issue there, but just saying you’ll hear the small things even). I chose this place despite reviews since it was this or living in a car at the time. I regret choosing this place over the car. DO NOT LIVE HERE, YOU’RE BETTER OFF LIVING IN A CAR! Lord knows how many years of life I’ve lost just breathing in here with my history of asthma. They were going to raise my rent too, even after all that. Ha! I will not be renewing my lease. Can’t wait to leave!

  As a refined Maryland resident, I must lament the precipitous decline of Rosbrook Apartments. The incessant wail of police sirens and the unsettling presence of loitering youths have become all too common. Evenings are marred by the raucous shouts of dubious teenagers, while the pervasive stench of marijuana taints the air in hallways and courtyards. It pains me to witness respectable neighbors departing, their places taken by less savory individuals, often through the Section 8 program, bringing disorder in their wake. With a heavy heart, I vacated the premises a week ago and strongly advise against residing here for those who value peace and civility.

  So far so good! Moved in over a month ago and don’t have any complaints. Not the best but not the worst. I saw a bug and reported it within 20 min and within 2 weeks pest control came to inspect and followed up again 2 weeks later. Very happy about that and haven’t seen anything else since that day. Wish there were recycling dumpsters i haven’t seen any…
