  This is my second review. I made my first review 6 months ago when I first moved in and I can say nothing has changed for me. I’ve only called maintenance a few times and each time they come quickly. Everyone I have encountered from the customer service agents to the maintenance dept to the rental office representatives have been professional and all around awesome. I really enjoy living here. The property is clean and quiet minus a few exceptions. As before I have to mention Amanda in the rental office for her exceptional customer service although I’ve only spoken to her once since I moved in her kindness, compassion and exceptional customer service still makes me smile!!!! I am so pleased!!! I will send an update again in a few months 😊😊😊

  I've been at Cranbrook Apts for 5 years this month. Moved here from Minnesota at the height of covid..never saw the apartment before walking into it on move-in day. I was so pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was, and have been happy ever since. It's a quiet complex and well maintained. I'm getting ready to move into a larger unit in the same complex in a few weeks, and I can't say enough about how AMAZING Amanda and the rest of the team in the rental office were. I'm looking forward to another few years in my new digs!

  Their Resident services office is a joke. The rental office should handle most of the things they require us to contact the resident service office for. Understaffed in maintenance, that results in faulty rush jobs in the severely old HVAC units. Should clear out all the managemnt and start fresh, it’s that bad. The housekeepers for the property barely do anything in the buildings. I’m sure investors don’t care about the property!!

  I left a review for Henderson-Webb because across all their properties, I was experiencing a lot of miscommunication and some frustration. However, there is a woman at the front desk of Cranbrook Apartments who is very kind, even though I know I’m not the easiest person to deal with. I ask a million questions, and if I don’t understand, I’ll ask a million more. Whenever I’ve spoken with the woman who was working today—August 4th, and I believe she was working alone—she has never let me down. She always gives me direct answers, tells me exactly where to go, and explains how to get things done. One day, I came in very upset. I don’t remember why, and I’m not sure how I came across, but it wasn’t a tone I’d want someone to take with me. She recognized that I was upset and shared a bit about her daughter’s condition, explaining how she relates to mine. I’m terrible with names, so I wish I knew hers. All I know is that she has brown hair, is Caucasian, has a daughter, and a boyfriend who is a contractor. She is a very nice woman, a very hard worker, and the fact that she puts up with me in a situation where I don’t understand everything going on I consider her to be incredibly kind person or at the very least incredibly tolerant

  BEWARE BEFORE MOVING HERE!!!! Everything seemed nice and affordable at first. I saw the first mouse about 2 days after moving in. maintenance came and plugged up a hole but they continued to dig their way in. I’ve seen mice even in the daytime. this complex is beyond infested. no matter how much I complained they refuse to let me out of my lease! the appliances break frequently. the neighbors seem to chain smoke cigarettes and it makes my apartment and clothes smell horrible. I have a toddler and the living conditions aren’t even suitable for a dog. I’ll be leaving here as soon as possible. I WOULD GIVE 0 IF I COULD. Stay where you are it’s not worth the constantly increasing rent.
