- RWRhonda WalkerAug 30, 20251.0Their Resident services office is a joke. The rental office should handle most of the things they require us to contact the resident service office for. Understaffed in maintenance, that results in faulty rush jobs in the severely old HVAC units. Should clear out all the managemnt and start fresh, it’s that bad. The housekeepers for the property barely do anything in the buildings. I’m sure investors don’t care about the property!!

However, there is a woman at the front desk of Cranbrook Apartments who is very kind, even though I know I’m not the easiest person to deal with. I ask a million questions, and if I don’t understand, I’ll ask a million more. Whenever I’ve spoken with the woman who was working today—August 4th, and I believe she was working alone—she has never let me down. She always gives me direct answers, tells me exactly where to go, and explains how to get things done. One day, I came in very upset. I don’t remember why, and I’m not sure how I came across, but it wasn’t a tone I’d want someone to take with me. She recognized that I was upset and shared a bit about her daughter’s condition, explaining how she relates to mine. I’m terrible with names, so I wish I knew hers. All I know is that she has brown hair, is Caucasian, has a daughter, and a boyfriend who is a contractor. She is a very nice woman, a very hard worker, and the fact that she puts up with me in a situation where I don’t understand everything going on I consider her to be incredibly kind person or at the very least incredibly tolerant
