  Never would I expect to live in a place that has a roach infested laundry room. If honestly could give this place half a star I would because why their units are usually roach infested or mice infested (most cases it’s both) they’re spacious, and the maintenance men usually try to get things done (it’s hit or miss depending on who you get). Property Management is a joke its holes forming , water leaking , and roaches are coming from the laundry room spreading all through out the building and they’re doing nothing about while charging tenants upward to 1500+ for rent

  Cinnamon Ridge maintenance guys are respectful and friendly. Repairs are made within a 24 hour period. If there are any additional concerns, the maintenance team will inform you. Thanks guys!

  My shower flooded all they did was vacuum the water up my shower is still not operational and it has been over a week there’s drywall cut out that has not been touched when it was supposed to on Monday and now it is Wednesday

  if you plan to live in cinnamon ridge 1 lemon grove court cockeysville apt A 21030. and you are latino you must have a deposit of 1700 or more in dollars but when you leave the apartment they will surely take more than 900 dollars from you accusing you of damage to the folder something you don't it is like that also the heater does not work and the BGE bill will arrive for 300 between January February March 2 inspectors arrived they said that it does not work that it is old but the apartment manager says that it works the maintenance is of poor quality I do not recommend living in cleft webb apartment

  We lived in Cinnamon Ridge very briefly and I would suggest you look very hard before renting there. If you need any true resident services to do with your lease no one will talk to you. Everything has to be done through written correspondence. They have very unfriendly resident relations in my opinion. If I had a simple question around leasing I had to write a letter or email. And they NEVER respond by email. They won't allow you to have a different mailing address other than your apartment. So even though we sent an email the response would come days/weeks later and only to a mailbox we didn't use. The apartment had plenty of room and was relatively well lit out side. We also had in apartment laundry which was nice. So if Henderson-Webb had any type of customer service, it would be worth renting from. But I wouldn't give that company money because they don't care about their renters at all. You are just a number and a rent check to them.
