- JBJada B.Jun 26, 20251.0My ac hasn’t been working for FIVE DAYS STRAIGHT. i’ve contacted the office almost twenty times about the same issue and only once have they come in and “fixed” the problem just for it still not work. they claim they know what the problem is and said they’d do a follow up but never showed up the next day. they only see the situation as a top priority when you have a slip saying that you or a child has asthma or any kind of breathing problem. i’ve been told they have someone coming out every time i call and wait all day just for the same result. i can’t take it much longer. i have a two year old toddler living with me who has undocumented asthma and he gets over heated very quickly. i need something done immediately. i can’t imagine what it’s going to be like during the winter. i’ve been told to keep the ac off so they can fix it and they never show, causing the apt to get even hotter than what it is outside.

I called on a Sunday just to get told if we not on the emergency air list we not high priority even though the heat been as high as 101 outside and 93 inside my unit. On the 3rd floor at that so heat definitely rises. Called on Monday someone came out on the 23rd and said will follow up the next day it’s now the 26th and still waiting and it’s 5pm so you know normal hours is done for today. This is ridiculous it’s hot I can’t cook for my family with a a toddler who do have health issues I just don’t have the letter yet but they say it’s multiple units without air all at once. Smh.
