No pest, clean hallways, and quiet neighbors. The only con is that they don't stop towing on holidays. But besides that, everything else is fine.

At Aspire we are right next to the Branch Ave Metro. We have all the amenities I’m looking for; Gym, pool, walking paths, and now food court right next door. Community? Yep we’ve got it.
