  First time home buyer here. Dan truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly personable and kept it real with me, offering the full benefit of his experience. Without going into details, the process wasn't the smoothest, through no fault of his own. What he did was step up and navigate it professionally and compassionately. He was recommended to me as the best of the best and I can vouch that he's earned that reputation.

  Danny did everything to go above and beyond to my make my wife and I process buying our first home the best experience we could ever ask for. He took the time to be in contact with us no matter what and answered any questions we had and was always there no matter what time. He educated on what would be the best for us and our future. He always put us first and me being a veteran that says a lot about someone’s work ethic and character.   I recently sold my home and purchased a new one. This in itself was absolutely draining however, with Danny and his team by my side made this journey a lot less stressful! They were there to answer any questions I had as well as to ease my mind when I was feeling overwhelmed! They also charged less than any agent I had contacted.   Danny did an amazing job. We ended up buying the first house we initially looked at. We needed someone who knew the area since we didn't and after being moved in for a couple of weeks we love the neighborhood and our neighbors!

  Danny went above and beyond to assist us with the sale of our home. He seemed to be working 24/7 because he constantly communicated with us regarding new developments in negotiations with the buyer. He showed immense skill working with a difficult buyer and buyer's agent with our sale. He remained calm and supportive throughout the process even when thrown "curve balls" from the buyers at closing. He followed up with us after the sale to be sure all of our needs had been satisfied. We would recommend Danny to anyone purchasing or selling a home.
