- JGJoseph GirgenteNov 14, 20255.0My wife and I lived here for a year with our dog. The complex is conveniently located in Annapolis and the area within the community feels safe. We regularly walked our dog in the adjacent athletic fields and wooded trails after dark or before sunrise and never felt unsafe. The community around our apartment was generally quiet and did a good job picking up after their pets. The apartment provides dog bags and trash cans at stations located around the complex. The office gym was small, but workable, and the office provides snacks and study space. Everyone who worked inside the office was friendly and we enjoyed our regular interactions with Michael. I want to also give a shoutout to the maintenance guys, Will1 and Will2. These were great guys who I trust 100% to enter my apartment when I'm not home and they always got stuff done for us quickly and efficiently. I enjoyed seeing them around the premises as well. Some of the units were clearly aged on the backsides, but the insides were updated, clean, and smell-free. Overall, it might be a bit overpriced (we paid ~$2000/mo for a 1br) but that's a function of Annapolis more so than the management. The only reason we moved out is because we wanted a fenced yard for our dog.
