First Kate, she met with my wife fist and it takes a lot to impress her. After a little fact finding we agreed to purchase an Anderson model. I really wanted a front porch and the first floor owner's suite after that it was up to my wife and Kate to work out the rest. We made a few quirky upgrades and they couldn't me more accommodating. Now come the hard part. Building the dream. That's were Greg came into play. He explained the whole process and what to expect during it. Also pleased with the fact they uploaded pictures and made a weekly call to me to confirm the progress. Everything was spot on from the time step one to step 100. We went thru the pre drywall to the final ispection without a hitch. After I settled Greg and I went thru the house to go over a couple minor issues which they fix that day. A couple little things came up which was expected and he took care of all issues. All I can say is Thanks to the team that made it happen.
