- CRCaroline ReyesMay 5, 20241.0If I could give this place and their management 0 stars I would, I made an application on March 15th with interest in an apartment that appeared available for April 15th, since my current lease ends on April 30th, then they changed the availability date of the apartment from April15th to May 1st, they took too much time processing the application, and in the end after so many calls that did not resolve anything we could not move to this place due to a supposed "problem in their software" I paid 150 dollars for two applications and I know there will be no refund Thomas is alone in charge of so many things, the management should hire more personal and be more responsible. I don't recommend the place at all.

Problems with mice, rats and mold. All appliances are rebuilt and worn out. No lease after first year. Pool hasn't been opened in 6 years. Side of building missing for 6 months now. Look at peek of roof in picture
