You can call them anytime for issues, couple hours later or the next day, depending of the time, they get it fix or change immediately. I remember, when I needed to move from Florida to Boston, every house manager I contacted they denied my case because all my papers were from Florida. Then I saw Alex profile, the General Director of NEW England, very kind person I explained everything to him, he trusted me, and he gave me the opportunity to move in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment.
