I just wanted to say how thankful I am to the entire Rosen staff. I came here 5 years ago going through a very rough patch in life. You all made it so easy for me to call my residence a home for myself and my son. Anything that was needed was always done in a timely manner. I can still remember moving in cold November of 2020 and having problems with the heat. As the 1st tech couldn't fix it (in multiple visits), Becky called her own tech to make sure my son and I had heat. I will miss Rodman Street and the friendly staff at Rosen. My son and I are sad to leave as he spent half his life there. But I can't thank the staff enough for always being curious and professional and most importantly available.

We were the first people to see the apartment wasn't even advertised yet? Was told to contact immediately and did so. Then I followed up multiple times, to only be lied to. Nice way to do business. I work with the public so I will make sure everyone I come in contact with knows about this, shady!

Such horrible communication virtual zero, the person you need to talk to is always out. Weeks of trying to only be told that they put someone else ahead of you. "More qualified" really??? Not with my credit score and the amount of income. I would like to see this, obviously that is not going to happen. I would give a zero rating or negative if I could. I wouldn't recommend using this company due to just the absolutely poor communication. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. And encourage anyone else that feels like they have been discriminated against to do the same.

Inquired about an apartment and received a very sketchy looking text from Becky Rosen. She seemed blunt but was very quick at responding.
Kept asking me to provide information (ID, Proof of Income, and Credit Report). I'm from California, so I've never had to do any of this until after viewing an apartment, I will gladly provide all the necessary information once I got to SEE and VISIT the apartment. Why should I provide personal information until I saw the apartment? I ended up providing her my ID and Credit Report (Paying out of pocket) and ended up being denied after I repeatedly told her i was going to be a "Full Time Law Student". I will never be working with this Property management again.

Tried to get an apartment here, but they refuse service animals. When I pointed out that it's illegal, they told me that's just how it is and I wasn't allowed to have my service animal if I wanted to live there. No thank you

I disclosed that I had a service animal. I was told that only people who had already moved in before a "new rule" could have their service animals, and the new rule was that no one else coming in could have their animals. When I clarified that it wasn't pets I was talking about, but service animals, I also offered to try getting a note from my doctor. They said it wouldn't matter because there was "no way around the new rule, sorry." I am uninterested in pressing charges or anything, I actually found a better place to live. But my review is accurate. Thank you for taking the time to read it.
