Someone is stealing checks ! Rent checks ! There’s something going on with whomever processes the rent checks here ! They delete reviews. They deleted my review with photos of our apartment that had mold on the ceiling. I still have the photos / proof though. Many Mold infested apartments. After 13 months of complaints they finally came to “fix” it and did a horrible job. They blamed “covid” for taking so long. Mold is coming back it’s on the ceiling. They have a habit of not keeping proper record of RENT PAYMENTS. They will send you an eviction letter for rent payments you’ve already paid, oftentimes even a week in advance payment. I have never paid my rent late and I’ve already had this issue with them twice. KEEP PROOF OF ALL YOUR RENT PAYMENTS FOLKS. The office employees who handle the paperwork process and yearly lease are a mess, and I mean a mess. Their protocol and paperwork compliance is a huge mess. They loose paperwork they ask you for. They then send you a warning letter claiming you never brought the paperwork. I am a very meticulous person with everything and they still manage to always mess up my paperwork process. Aside from a young lady named Amina, who was so kind and a woman with the last name of Grossman, (C.Grossman) all of the employees I’ve dealt with are a mess! & guess what? Neither Amina nor C.Grossman work there anymore haha! The employees don’t last long here. The turnover rate is pretty bad. They are constantly hiring new folks and don’t train them properly. It’s like they don’t know what they are doing. & they are very rude, horrible interpersonal skills. I think because this is “low income” they assume everyone provably isn’t educated. Little do they know most of us are, not everyone who lives here is jobless, uneducated and more. Some of us pay lots of money/ almost market rent technically. & we are keeping track of the horrible acts. Two years also during a lease process, an employee called “Sam” (Sam was very nice and kind but my god was her process a mess, always lost paperwork, always took so long to onboard documents) she somehow lost my 401k paperwork lol, then I got an eviction notice for not bringing it in! It’s insane. The ANXIETY you guys cause for sending EVICTION NOTICES for MISTAKES YOU GUYS MAKE are going to give someone a heart attack ! They have new employees now but they are still a mess. As soon as you ring the doorbell to the main office they got an attitude. They are there to SERVE us and they are getting PAID to work there. If you hate your job then quit. I understand though, I would hate working there too. There should be an audit conducted and a major look into how they handle things here. Something is off. There’s no way a company with so much real estate manages to hire new teams every year and still do adhere to proper procedures. I’m going to take a snapshot of this review because I know they are going to delete it !

I reported a large hole in the wall at a roach infested apartment in March 2021. I called the office every week for 2 months and got false promises of pest control coming to the unit. Maintenance refused to patch up the hole in the wall. I was told i was on a wait list (For 2 months). After 6 weeks I checked into multiple hotels and have spent over $1500 on shelter and cleaning. ( still no maintenance or pest control). Thier are too many units and not enough pest control. The workers are trained to lie to us about coming to the unit every week because there are too many units and not enough pest control. It is disgusting and not a place for humans to live. The manager Madeline Collins assured they were coming every week and Noone ever showed up.
