  My parents recently moved into Summerhill Glen. People there are really friendly and the apartment is super clean. The building is secure with the locked door and the hallway is beautiful and clean. It is a very quiet community and Caroline who is in charge of the apartment replies to my emails and phones very quickly. People in charge of the utilities are very kind and friendly as well. We are so grateful and my parents really like their new home!

  The apartment complex is impeccably maintained—common areas are always clean, and everything feels well cared for. The location is very convenient, making errands easy. The staff are consistently friendly, responsive, and genuinely attentive. Special shout-out to Caroline—she goes above and beyond and truly makes the community feel welcoming. Highly recommend!

  The property manager Caroline is terrific! She is extremely helpful and efficient in getting through the leasing process in a timely manner. Maintenance also has been very friendly and efficient in handling requests.

  I recently moved from one Summer Hill Glen apartment to another. Caroline was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of my move down to the last detail. Lynn, director of maintenance, also has proven very helpful.

  I moved-in two weeks ago and I'm so happy to be here. I lived at two other senior living places before this and I can tell you, without a doubt, that Summerhill Glen is the most beautiful, professionally managed and maintained community I've lived in. It offers subsidized rent for those who need it. The manager takes careful watch over the waitlist and is very pleasant to talk with. When my name came to the top of the waitlist, she worked diligently to get me through the application and approval process, a process that wasn't difficult at all. Living here already feels like home.
