- MKMandy KellySep 25, 20241.0If I could give PMI Baystate negative stars, I would. Very fast to throw expenses your way but if there is an issue, they are unresponsive and unhelpful. A 6 week parking project was started but it has now been 6 months without parking and no concessions have been made. Pool wasn't opened this year due to the project and no concessions have been made. They are trying to get tenants to pay for professional carpet cleaning even though the lease doesn't include that language (only normal wear and tear has occurred). This is illegal in Massachusetts. Stay away from renting from them.

Additionally, the fees and charges imposed on tenants were excessive and lacked transparency. Overall, I would strongly advise against renting from this management company.

They provide a comprehensive website for each managed property that gives all the information the community needs to know. They also provide an automatic condo. fee payment option that takes the "worry" out of paying on time. We are extremely pleased!
