I have lived at Pine Ledge Condos for 10 years and since Evergreen has taken over our property there has been a significant improvement and I credit Tatiana. She takes immediate care of any of our concerns. Also whenever I need a reference for a good electrician, plumber or carpenter Tatiana has great contacts. Our annual meetings are handled so much better now that Tatiana is with us. She brings the residents very good information and she is knowledgeable about the regulations of condo life.
