The staff are extremely incapable of returning emails or phone calls, Maintenance rush every job and do subpar work. They allow residents to walk their dogs without leashes which can be a major problem for someone like me who has bigger dogs. The stairway leading to my apartment has been absolutely disgusting since move in 4 months ago!! When asked can Maintenance please come out and clean stairs: office staff stated they were waiting on bids and that corporate would have to approve the request...So needless to say the stairs are still filthy and smelly Its quite embarrassing to have ppl over when the stairwells are soaked and stained with drag marks from the garbage juices!! As far as utilities My CLECO electricity bill ran about $200 per month and my WATER BILL WAS ALWAYS IN THE $200's which is ridiculous! I pay $2100.00 A MONTH TO LIVE HERE AND IT HAS NOT BEEN A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! THE OFFICE STAFF LACK SENSE AND EMPATHY AND HAVE A "BETTER THAN YOU" ATTITUDE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERPRICED COMPLEX!!
- RDRachel DugasDec 14, 20231.0If I could give below one star I would. We only lasted at this apartment 7 months. The grounds are disgusting. People do not pick up after their pets and their is dog feces everywhere. 30 cars were broken into while we lived here, a bum (not a resident) was sleeping on the bench in the dog park. If you want peace, forget about it. One neighbor we had smoked marijuana religiously and the people above us were so noisy they finally had to kick them out. I kept getting sick and come to find out the air filter had not been changed in like a year. Disgusting stinky Sewer water backed up in the kitchen because they never had the clean outs cleaned. The interior and color scheme are nice, however the living part not so much. Tried to work it out with Management to move to the other property and they gave me the run around so we finally left. We had to pay $3800 to break the lease to leave this awful place. We absolutely hated it.
