From the very beginning of my leasing process to the day I moved out, Kimberly, the complex’s manager, was simply amazing. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. No matter what I needed, Kimberly was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and supported throughout my time there. The maintenance team was also outstanding, especially Ronnie, the maintenance manager. Although not needed often since we never had maintenance issues, he was always friendly, positive, and incredibly quick to handle any repairs or maintenance things. It's rare to find a place where both the management and maintenance teams are so dedicated and personable. To add, the pickleball courts and swimming pool were always clean and never crowded. We will miss Greenbrier and the memories we’ve made here.

She's so personable and really goes above and beyond for her residents. She takes the time to get to know all her residents and their families. She definitely became like family to us and we miss her already. Our maintenance guy Mr. Ronnie was amazing too. He is very knowledgeable in his work and gets things done right the first time. We lived in 2 bedroom townhome and loved it. It gave us lots of space with two master suites and lots of storage. I would recommend Greenbrier estates if your looking for a new home. Brandy M
