They are advertising as if we have this perk at this complex and WE DO NOT! It is a constant struggle with laundry here. Machines are old and always broken. THIS PLACE IS FAR FROM LUXURY. No security, no gate, rodent problems, the list goes on.

The website mentions gated parking, the photos are time stamped, IT IS STILL OPEN TODAY 11/20/25. The gate is always broken. Its extremely outdated. A new one is needed. This place is not monitored 24/7, there's always intruders and compulsive theft. There is also not a controlled security system, the doors are always open, random people off the streets are always lingering around causing safety concerns for violence, robbery, abuse, etc. This has been an ongoing issue and Management does not care. The community group is a good place to see what happens at this complex in real time. Hope someone actually start making changes around here.

We love living at the Esplanade apartment complex. This is not just normal apartment living. The people who work here are amazing and caring to the people that live here and our furbabies. Heather greets myself and Gretl (my furbaby) when she sees us on walks.
We had an issue with a kitchen cabinet and we were on the schedule in one day for maintenance.
They have so many areas for us to take advantage of, such as, a workout room, a library, a movie room, a laundry room, a computer room, a nice lil cafe who serves some great food that isn't expensive. There is a nice pool with gazebos for shade and plenty of chairs to lounge in. They have a great club house with a big screen TV and a pool table. Great place to rent for parties, meetings or family reunions. There are two gas grills beside the club house that anyone can use.
They have kayaks and bicycles you can use. The bayou/canal runs right in front of us and it's a good place to put your kayak in or fish in. City Park is right cross the street which is the perfect place to ride a bicycle or even walk your furbaby.
We wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Bet you wouldn't either so come check the apartments out. And (whispering) electricity and water are included in your rent.

I have been here for about a year. I can say that I genuinely love it. I did not want to live in an apartment again, but I’m glad we chose this complex. I was reading some of the comments and I have to disagree. I have not had a roach or mice problem once. Believe me, I would be saying otherwise if I saw them. The complex is clean and safe for children. We will be renewing our lease!!!
