- IBI BJun 6, 20235.0From start to finish this home inspection company provided a professional and thorough inspection. Aaron communicated with us before the inspection and made sure we were aware of what to expect. Aaron also followed up about the appointment multiple times to ensure that everyone was prepared for the inspection. Upon arrival to the house, Aaron provided a very thorough inspection compared to other companies we have used in the past. Aaron spent quality time in each room and other areas ensuring that everything was working properly. The final report was provided to us by the next morning after the inspection. The report was very thorough and provided multiple analysis and pictures. Aaron found some issues that we were not aware of which assisted us in making our final decision to not purchase house. We are continuing to look for a new home and we would use this company again. Thanks ABC Home Inspections, LLC.
- JCJ CJun 16, 20221.0unprepared (didn't have equipment). complete waste of time. submitted incomplete inspection as inspection (didn't inspect roof or attic). never hire metairie people to inspect or repair new orleans homes, they have no idea what they're looking at. seems to be in the business of helping insurance companies try to drop new orleanians after hurricanes based on repair status despite our current work/materials shortage era. we persevered in spite of this company. you can persevere by avoiding it. when your insurer says they're going to send an inspector out, make sure it's not this company.

I also like the software that they use. I was able to highlight the work I wanted to ask the sellers to complete into a pdf that was easy to send. Truly the best inspection process I've had to date
